2. What data we collect

We collect only the data we need to operate our website and respond to enquiries:

• Contact data — name, email, company, message, when you submit our contact form or email us directly.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referrer. Collected through GA4 in aggregated form.

3. Why we process it (legal basis)

Under the GDPR (and the equivalent Swiss FADP), we rely on the following legal bases:

• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — for analytics cookies and marketing pixels, you must explicitly opt in.
• Contract / pre-contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — when you contact us about a potential engagement.
• Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — for basic website security, fraud prevention, and aggregated analytics.

4. How long we keep it

Contact form data: up to 24 months unless we enter into an engagement, in which case data is retained as required by Swiss commercial law (typically 10 years for accounting records).

Analytics data: up to 14 months in GA4, then automatically deleted.

5. Who we share it with

We share data only with the processors that operate our infrastructure:

• Google Ireland Ltd (analytics, advertising)
• Our hosting provider
• Email service providers, where applicable

All processors are bound by data processing agreements (DPAs) and process data within the EU/EEA or under appropriate transfer mechanisms (SCCs).

6. International transfers

Some of our processors may transfer data to the United States. Such transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses with supplementary measures.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR and FADP, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion
• Object to or restrict processing
• Data portability
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) of Switzerland or your local supervisory authority in the EU

8. Security

We use TLS encryption for all data in transit, restricted access controls for stored data, and regularly review our security posture.
